BCMA-Victoria Branch is pleased to invite active members of BCMA-Victoria Branch, to the Annual General Meeting of the Branch. The AGM shall be held on December 3rd, 2021 from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Masjid Al-Iman.
AGM agenda:
1- Minutes of the last AGM.
2- Annual Report.
3- Treasurer's report and Audited Financial Statement for the Fiscal year 2020-2021.
All members are required to register for the meeting. Please, click HERE to register.
The deadline for the registration is 12:00 AM on Wednesday December 1st, 2021.
On Thursday December 2nd, We will send an email to eligible registrants to attend the meeting after verification of their membership status. It's member's responsibility to provide accurate registration information.
Please, remember to follow public Health Officer instructions to avoid spread of COVID-19 pandemic and to keep everyone safe and healthy.
We ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala that He protects us and showers us with His mercy, gives shifaa to all those afflicted with illness and grants Shahada to all that succumb, that He rewards all our essential workers, accepts our supplications, that He guides us to make the right decisions and forgives us for our shortcomings.
