BCMA and its branches hold their AGM every year after the end of the fiscal year (July 31st) and after receiving the Audited Financial Statement of the past fiscal year.
According to BCMA constitution, The fiscal year starts on August 1st and ends on July 31st.
Therefore, When we receive the report of the external financial auditor for the past fiscal year (i.e. August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020), BCMA Victoria Branch will call for an AGM.
