London ON Incident Vigil Jun 12th, 3pm at the Stuart Park Downtown (near the bear)

Assalam-o-Alaikum, dear all, Kelowna Islamic Center is holding a vigil in respect of the recent London ON, horrific and sad incident where 4 members of one family were martyred and one critically injured (may God Almighty grant them high ranks in the Paradise and give injured a fast recovery). Please make the time to join us in solidarity to fight discrimination and hate and share this information with others through all communication mediums. Event details are as following:

Any hate/racism harassment should be reported to the local RCMP (250-762-3300), call 911 if it is threatening in anyway or immediate help is needed.  


The National Council of Canadian Muslims have also setup an online hate crime reporting, please don’t hesitate to report if you witness or experience any hate incident
