Another important and informative presentation is being offered by the BCMA Richmond Branch – on Friday, November 18th.
“Diversity” and “Inclusivity” are buzz words that mean different things to different people. This session will focus on ‘A Believer’s Perspective’ from the viewpoint of two Faith communities.
Special guest Pierre Barns (a Christian) and Jamil Popatia (a Muslim) will discuss:
• How do we interact with these concepts as believers in our respective Faiths?
• What are the boundaries that we need to be aware of as people of traditional faiths?
• How might we protect ourselves, our families, and our communities from the potential harm that has manifested?
The presentation will be held in the Masjid gym. Adults and youth are welcome, but *no young children under 12* please.
