As per our global moonsighting policy, yesterday was the 29th of Shawwal. There were no reports of the sighting of the crescent anywhere in the world hence today was the 30th and (Thursday July 4th) is the 1st of Dhul Qa'da.
 
We request our Imams in the masajids to announce tonight and inform the musalies.
