It is with great humility, we are announcing the passing of The Former President of The BC Muslim Association, Br. Hasmat Ali .
Late Br. Hasmat , was a stalwart and soldier of this esteem Association. He served almost in all facets in the operation, governance and development of The BC Muslim Association since late 60’s. He served as the Secretary, Vice President, President, Trustee, Chairman of Surrey Delta Branch. He has been one of the founding officials and member of The BC Muslim School .
His hand had his finger prints in almost all facets of development from 60 ‘s - 2016 . It was only his failing health that forced him his withdrawal from active involvement of The BC Muslim Association.
To day , The BC Muslim Association has lost a true soldier of this Ummah .
May Allah Almighty give Sabr e Jameel to his family and the BCMA fraternity. May Allah Almighty forgive all his shortcomings and place him in the highest ranks in Jannah . The BCMA fraternity salutes Late Br. Hasmat Ali .
